Dental Screening & Oral Health Awareness Camp Organized

The Department of Public Health Dentistry, KD Dental College & Hospital, Mathura, in collaboration with the International College of Dentists (India Section), successfully organized a Dental Screening and Oral Health Awareness Campat J.R.D Bidhya Ashram, Mathura on 6th May 2026.

A total of 242 students underwent comprehensive dental check-ups during the camp. The initiative aimed to promote awareness about the significance of good oral hygiene and its direct impact on overall health and quality of life.

Special emphasis was placed on how maintaining oral health contributes to proper nutrition, clear speech, improved self-confidence, and general well-being. Students were also educated on brushing techniques, diet counseling, and preventive oral care practices.
